Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure you enjoy your purchase and your experience with Pawsitively Purrfect

All Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All returns accompanied with a receipt, unopened and in re-sellable condition will be refunded by the original payment method.

All returns without a receipt, opened or not in re-sellable condition will be issued a gift card.

Online order returns are processed back to the original form of payment used.

All Foods and Treats returned open are eligible for a store credit only. No credit will be issued for items with more then 50% of the product missing. We don’t accept returns on opened cans of dog & cat food or Frozen/refrigerated food items.

Closeout items with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for return.

We don’t accept returns on dog & cat toys, collars, leashes, harnesses and clothing that have been visibly destroyed or has obvious signs that your pet has chewed them. These items may only be returned in the event of a manufacturer defect.
