Where is Home Delivery offered?
Home Delivery is available to addresses within 15 miles of any of our Hightstown, NJ store.
What days do you deliver?
Home Delivery is available 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
What are your delivery hours?
Orders are normally delivered from 9 AM to 8 PM.
What is the order cutoff time for Home Delivery?
All orders received by 6 PM will be delivered within the next 1-2 business days.
How much does Home Delivery cost?
Home Delivery is FREE for all purchases over $69.00. All other orders are charged a $7.00 delivery fee.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
No, but all orders less than $69.00 will be charged a $7.00 delivery fee.
Do I have to be home?
No. We will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, we will neatly place all items near the front door, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout. We are not responsible for items left unattended or spolied items.
Do you deliver frozen raw food or treats?
Yes we do deliver frozen product. Upon purchase of frozen items we will contact you directly to setup delivery. Delivery of frozen items may take several days depending on the customer’s availability to receive them.

Do my online orders qualify for Pawsitively Purrfect’s Frequent Buyer Club?
Yes. All orders placed through our website automatically earn frequent buyer credit. This applies to all applicable brands. Please visit our frequent buyer tab for a complete list of details.
How can I view my frequent buyer credits?
First you must create a Username and Password. Once you have created an account you can then click on your name in the upper right hand corner and select frequent buyer cards from the drop down menu. Here you can see all of the brands you purchase and how close you are to your free item. Frequent buyer credits will also be displayed after you select home delivery during checkout.
Do you offer Auto-Ship and how does it work?
Yes we do offer Auto-Ship. Auto ship is available for all items on our website and customer can choose the frequency they would like these items delivered. There is no additonal discount for Auto-ship, however customers will enjoy the benefits of our frequent buyer program and peace of mind their pet's favorite items arrive on time. Once you create a Username and Password your Auto-Ship items can be edited by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner and selecting Auto-Ship from the drop down menu. Here you can edit all of your preferences.
