Where is In-Store Pickup offered?

In-Store Pickup is available at Pawsitively Purrfect, 625 Mercer Street in Hightstown NJ.

 

What days do you offer In-Store Pickup?

Pawsitively Purrfect is open 7 days a week and In-store pickup is available during all normal business hours. 

 

What can I buy online?

Not all items are available for In-Store Pickup.  If you don't see what you want or need, no worries, we still have it in the store!

We are working on adding more and more products to our list of items available for In-Store Pickup.

 

What is the cutoff time for In-Store Pickup?

All orders received by 5:00 pm are eligible for same day In-Store Pickup. Holidays may affect store hours.

 

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

All In-Store Pickup orders placed after 5:00 pm will be available for pickup the following day, starting at 12:00 pm. 

 

How long does it take to process my order?

In-Store Pickup orders are completed within 2 hours of receiving. We will contact all customers as soon as their orders are ready. Customers must wait for this email confirmation before picking up their orders. Once notified, customers may pick up their orders any time during our currently scheduled pick-up hours.

 

How much does In-Store Pickup cost?

Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items, with no additional fees applied.

 
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No.

 

How do I order?

All orders must be placed on our website, bonetohome.com by selecting In-Store Pickup at time of checkout 

 

Do my online orders qualify for Pawsitively Purrfect’s Astro Frequent Buyer Club?

Yes. All orders placed through our website automatically earn any applicable frequent buyer club credit. Please create an account at check out and use the same name & email address as your rewards account. Rewards at this time cannot be redeemed online.

How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be processed in-person at Pawsitively Purrfect. Online order returns will be processed back to the original form of payment used.
